Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be accepted once we have confirmed it and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances where we are unable to fulfil it, for example due to an incorrect price, stock issue or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We offer secure payment methods through our payment providers. The payment methods available to you will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days.

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If there is an unexpected delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your online purchase in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or does not work as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will deal with faulty products in accordance with your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
